Some of our recruitment channels, such as SuccessFactors, 51job, and topu360, also allow you to retrieve your personal information from third parties to generate a resume or directly retrieve your resume from a third party. By choosing to do so, you are deemed to have consented to our retrieval of your personal information stored with these third parties.

Our collection and use of your personal information are primarily based on our legitimate human resources and business management purposes, including but not limited to:

(1) Assessing your fitness for the position you are applying for;

(2) Scheduling and managing your interview process;

(3) Maintaining records related to recruitment and hiring;
